20　Jesus answered him, I spake openly to the world; I ever taught in the synagogue, and in the temple, whither the Jews always resort; and in secret have I said nothing.

​Jesus answered him,
예수님께서 그에게 대답하셨어요

I spake openly to the world,
"내가 세상에 공개적으로 말했다

I ever taught
내가 항상 가르쳤다

in the synagogue,
회당 안에서

and in the temple,
그리고 성전 안에서 말이다.

whither the Jews always resort,
어디로 가든 유대인들이 항상 쉬었고

and in secret have I said nothing.
은밀히 내가 말한 것은 아무것도 없느니라"

<개역한글> 예수께서 대답하시되 내가 드러내어 놓고 세상에 말하였노라 모든 유대인들의 모이는 회당과 성전에서 항상 가르쳤고 은밀히는 마무것도 말하지 아니하였거늘
